Richardt Strauss has been named on the bench for Leinster ahead of tomorrow's Heineken Cup meeting with Ospreys.

The four times capped Irish international was diagnosed with a heart condition last October and while it was initially thought that a return to action this season was unlikely, he has progressed to the extent that the medical team has cleared him to play sooner than expected.

Cian Healy and Martin Moore come into the front row in place of Jack McGrath and Mike Ross.

Rhy Ruddock starts at blindside with Shane Jennings at openside and Jamie Heaslip at number 8.

Jordi Murphy will settle for a place on the bench.
