Republic of Ireland international Ruesha Littlejohn has joined Aston Villa ahead of the start of the new season.
The 31-year-old forward had been a free agent since leaving Villa's rivals Birmingham City at the end of the last campaign.
Littlejohn opted to leave Birmingham, despite being offered a contract extension after making 11 appearances following her arrival in January.
She now follows former Brum manager Carla Ward in making the switch to Aston Villa. Glasgow-native Littlejohn has won 60 caps for the Republic of the Ireland and has been a regular starter under Vera Pauw.

"When we heard Ruesha became available it was a no-brainer," new Villa boss Ward told their official website.
"She’s an experienced head who drives standards, and having worked with her last season I know the sort of quality she can bring on and off the field.
"She’s settled in well and has quickly become an important figure amongst the group."
