Journalist, broadcaster and author, Sean Óg Ó Ceallacháin has passed away.
The former Dublin Gaelic footballer and hurler was 89.
Taking to the pitch in 1943 he later moved to broadcasting where his career spanned six decades.

He is survived by a son and two daughters.
