Sesame Street and Game of Thrones, it's fair to say, are not exactly aimed at the same target audience. The former is a long-running educational show for kids, while the latter is, well, very much 'not for kids'.
Still, the makers of Sesame Street seem to be fans of the dark fantasy show, and the likes of Peter Dinklage and Lena Headey have visited the iconic street. Now the show has directly parodied Game of Thrones with 'Game of Chairs'.
The sketch is ostensibly there to teach kids about musical chairs, but there are also a number of references to HBO show for older viewers to enjoy - including an iron throne made of golf clubs (geddit?) and a few gags aimed squarely at fans of the series.
