Joe Schmidt has taken the sting out of any debate on the choice between Johnny Sexton and Ian Madigan, by choosing both players for Sudnay’s Amlin Challenge Cup semi-final with Biarritz.
Sexton will start in his usual out half position, while Madigan starts at centre alongside Brian O’Driscoll.
Gordon D’Arcy misses the game with a calf strain—although he is expected be back in action next week—as does Sean O’Brien.
Jamie Heaslip makes his 163rd Leinster appearance as he partners Shane Jennings and Kevin McLaughlin. The Leinster front row has the international trio of Cian hyealy, Mike Ross and Richardt Strauss.
