Henry Shefflin is in danger of missing his first Championship match for Kilkenny since 1999.

Team selector Martin Fogarty said there was no timescale for the nine time All Ireland winners recovery from a bone and ligament injury in his foot.

Fogarty says they will just have to wait and see if the foot heals on time.
