Ireland will be aiming to bring the curtain down on a disappointing 6 Nations campaign with a win in Rome against Italy later today.

If Italy beat Ireland they will finish on four points - one above Ireland in the standings.

Declan Kidney has made just one change to the side that drew with France as Craig Gilroy returns to replace Fergus McFadden on the wing.

Paddy Jackson continues at fly-half in the absence of the injured Jonny Sexton.

Ireland have never lost to Italy in the 6 Nations, and their captain Jamie Heaslip says finishing with a win it vitally important:

Kick off at the Stadio Olympico is at 2.30pm.

Two and a half hours later the championship will be decided at the Millennium Stadium when England visit Cardiff knowing a win will seal their first Grand Slam for 10 years.

Wales must win by seven points or more and remain ahead of England on tries scored, to retain the title they won 12 months ago.

The tournament comes to close in Paris tonight, as France take on Scotland at 8pm at the Stade de France.
