Tonight's Kildare county board meeting has been postponed leading to speculation that the recommendation of a new manager is imminent.
According to the Irish Examiner the meeting was rescheduled due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Kevin McStay and Rory Gallagher are among those been linked to the position but former Wexford manager Jason Ryan is the current favourite.
