As Tottenham Hotspurs prepare to make another three high profile signings Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has warned that making to many additions can have a negative effect on a team.
Spurs have already signed Roberto Soldado , Paulinho , Nacer Chadli and Etienne Capoue with Roma attacker Erik Lamela , Steua Bucherest Romanian international defender Vlad Chiriches and Danish international midfielder Cristian Eriksen all on the way.
Ahead of Sunday’s North London derby between the two sides Wenger says recruitment en mass may not be the best policy.
The 63 year old French man was questioned by reporters today at his pre match press conference and was in jovial form even when pushed at their lack of signings or potential ones before Monday nights transfer deadline.
