Swansea v Liverpool 1.30pm

Brendan Rodgers brings Liverpool back to his former stomping ground today with the Reds enjoying an upshot in form.

They have not lost any of their last seven games with Luis Suarez finally getting on the scoresheet regularly.

Rodgers has no injury worries to contend with and will name his strongest side.

Swansea will welcome back midfielder Ki Sung-Yeung and defender Kyle Bartley as they look to stay ahead of Liverpool in the table.

And the match is even more significant since Swans centre-half Ashley Williams described Suarez as "streets ahead of any other player I've truly disliked since we've been in the Premier League" in the lead up to today's fixture.

Prediction: 1 - 1

Southampton v Newcastle 3pm

Southampton picked up a crucial three points in their last match against fellow strugglers QPR.

Nigel Adkins has minimal injury worries with Frazer Richardson and Richard Chaplow the only players missing.

On the other hand Newcastle counterpart Alan Pardew has major headaches.

The Magpies have been in poor form in recent weeks with only one win in seven.

Key players Hatem Ben Arfa, Yohan Cabaye, Fabricio Coloccini and Papiss Cisse have all been ruled out.

Prediction: 2 - 2

Chelsea v Man City 4pm

Rafa Benitez will hope to get off to a good start as Chelsea boss. He will also be looking to arrest a recent slide in performances which has seen the Blues fail to win in four games.

Captain John Terry misses out again with a knee injury while Frank Lampard is rated as doubtful.

A victory would put Chelsea back into third.

Manchester City have other ambitions as they look to reclaim top spot.

Roberto Mancini will be expecting captain Vincent Kompany, Gael Clichy and Mario Balotelli to be available after recent knocks.

Prediction: 1 - 2

Tottenham v West Ham 4pm

It is a crucial London derby for Spurs boss Andre Villas Boas after the 5 - 2 drubbing at Arsenal last Saturday.

Emmanuel Adebayor will serve the first game of three match suspension for his sending off in that fixture, while there are fitness concerns over Belgian midfielder Moussa Dembele.

In contrast West Ham has had a good season under Sam Allardyce, sitting seventh in the table.

The Hammers have been hard to beat this season but they will be without Yossi Benayoun, Jack Collison and Ricardo Vaz Te.

Prediction: 0 - 0
