The draw for the Fourth Round of the Capital One Cup was made last night.

The tie of the round sees Arsenal welcome Chelsea to the Emirates after a penalty shoot-out win away to West Brom last night.

Manchester United play Chris Hughton's Norwich following the win over Sunderland, while Sunderland host Southampton, Spurs face Hull and Manchester City travel to Newcastle.

Elsewhere in the draw Fulham will visit Leicester, Birmingham play Stoke and West Ham United will travel to Turf moor to play Burnley.
