Manchester City have got back to winning ways with a 2-0 win over Hull City at Eastlands.

Alvaro Negredo, on as a half-time substitute, opened the scoring with a header, before Kolo Toure scored a superb free kick to make it 2-0.

Following the game Hull manager Steve Bruce said that, despite the result, he was encouraged by his side’s performance.
