Ulster welcome back John Afoa, Johann Muller and Iain Henderson for their crucial meeting with Cardiff Blus at Ravenhill.

With three points needed to secure home advantage in the semi-final Mark Anscombe has gone with Tommy Bowe and Andrew Trimble on the wings, while he starts with Ruan Pienaar at 10 and Paul Marshall alongside at scrum-half.

Stuart Olding and Darren cave are selected at centre, while Sean Doyle, who hasn’t played for the province since a leg break in October, makes the bench.
