It's a familiar sight on the big screen: one secret agent / professional thief needs to navigate their way through a room full of alarmed laser beams. The stakes are high, but worth it for that one invaluable memory card / painting / pile of cash (delete as appropriate). The audience is sweating as much as the hero on screen...
One group wanted to recreate the fantasy for themselves, so decided to build a dedicated 'laser room' game for players to try and navigate through. Hit one of the beams, the lights go up and an alarm is triggered. But players only have three minutes to get through, so they have to be quick and careful in equal measure.
Luckily they have opted to document the process for us all to admire and envy, proving that thrilling re-enactments all the great dramatic heist scenes don't require us all to break into high-security government facilities. Personally, I'd have opted for the iconic red lasers, but green looks slick too:
