Conor McGregor's celebrity status comes with a number of perks, including having a good relationship with the police. 

While the list of celebrity fans he has is still adding up, McGregor has also found that his fame comes with some other advantages. 

Speaking to Sports Illustrated reporters, McGregor revealed that he recently got off a speeding ticket thanks to a selfie.

McGregor admits that he thought he was going to get fined or possibly hit with a court appearance, before the police officer asked him "do you mind if I get in the passenger seat for a selfie?"
