Mexico versus the United States is quickly becoming one of the most passionate and storied derbies in international football.

On Sunday night, the teams met for the 67th time as both sides continue their qualifying efforts for Russia 2018. The game finished 1-1 in the Estadio Azteca.

A draw was beneficial to both sides in the CONCACAF Hexagonal, but it will be best remembered for Michael Bradley's goal, which gave the United States an early lead.

Only six minutes into the game, the Toronto FC midfielder intercepted a Mexican pass in the middle of the field, before streaking clear. Bradley saw Mexico goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa and lobbed him from near 40-yards out.

In 13 games between the sides to take place in the Stadium, America have won only once. That came in a friendly in 2012.

Despite the early goal, Carlos Vela equalised for the home side midway through the first-half to seal a point.

Both sides will be happy with the draw, but the game will be remembered for Bradley's stunning goal.
