When John Barnes gets on stage at Vicar Street for Off The Ball's Liverpool special, he will have much to say about experiences on and off the pitch.

But it was on the field of play where he gave Reds' fans so much joy on the wing, before moving to a more central role later on in his career.

His Anfield spell yielded over 80 league goals, as well as numerous strikes in other competitions from 1987 to 1997.
