Westmeath 3-15 Carlow 1-10

Westmeath have enjoyed a straightforward afternoon’s work at Cusack Park in Mullingar, as they breezed past Carlow with a eleven point win.

Kieran Martin provided two goals for Westmeath, while Sean Gannon was the scorer of Carlow’s solitary goal.

Carlow will now enter the All-Ireland qualifiers, while Westmeath prepare to face Jim gavin’s Dublin side on June 1.
