The hurling season is well and truly underway, with championship games taking place today at both minor and senior level.
The results so far from today have seen Carlow, Down, Kildare, Monaghan and Longford come out on top in the senior action, while Kilkenny enjoyed a resounding 7-16 to 1-9 win over Kildare in the minors.
Laois face Antrim, in Portlaoise, later on, with a 7pm throw in.
