On Saturday, November 12th, The Hard Shoulder and Newstalk are teaming up with parkrun Ireland and heading to Cork for their Saturday morning 5k run.

Come join us in Ballincollig Regional Park at 9.30 am SHARP. Everyone is welcome, whether you walk, jog, or run. It’ll be a bit of fun and there will be goody bags (on a first come basis).
