What happens to our brain when we sleep? Are we ever really fully asleep? If so how is it that some individuals end up doing extraordinary things when they are?

Sean is joined by Dr Guy Leschziner author of 'The Nocturnal Brain' to discuss sleep, sexsomnia, and how genetics may play a part in our behaviors while sleeping.
