Homelessness continues to be a huge issue in Irish society and one that is not just limited to urban areas, but which pervades rural communities across the country also.
'Pathways to Housing', a New York based model, believes that homeless people should be offered a home of their own as a basic right. The organisation claims to have a 85-90% success rate with this programme.
