He was at the centre of one of the most prolific legal battles the country has ever seen over his family's mansion in Killiney and today, solicitor Brian O'Donnell will exclusively speak to Pat Kenny about the battle for Gorse Hill.

The return of solicitor Brian O’Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia to the mansion from their permanent home in the UK on the weekend before Monday March 2nd was the catalyst for the ‘barricading’ of the property by members of the so-called New Land League. 

The entire affair ended with Mr O'Donnell handing back the keys to his Gorse Hill mansion at the Bank of Ireland AGM last week.
