Gareth's recipe for Friday Food this week is for a simple delicious hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- 500ml milk
- 200ml cream
- 100g milk chocolate
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- Whipped cream
- Marshmallows
- Crushed flake
- Garnish

Method
- Bring the cream and milk to a gentle simmer.
- Take off the heat and add in the chocolate, sugar and stir until fully combined.
- Place into a cup, top with whipped cream, marshmallows and crushed flake
