It's that time of year again when thousands upon thousands from around the country descend upon the fields of Ratheniska, Co Laois for the National Ploughing Championships. And Newstalk will be bringing you lots of the action. 

We'll be broadcasting live over the course of the three days from the Topaz site, located at Block 3, Row 33, Stand 649.

On Tuesday Ivan and Chris will be live early in the morning with Newstalk Breakfast, followed by Sean Moncrieff in the afternoon - featuring some very daring artwork from a chainsaw sculptor! Bobby Kerr will also host a special live Down to Business debate on rural crime, to be broadcast the following Saturday. 

Pat Kenny will take the reins on Wednesday morning from 10am, while ploughing veteran George Hook will be live from 4.30pm.

For the final day Jonathan Healy will don his wellies for a lively edition of Newstalk Lunchtime.
