There's been a warm welcome for government moves to help schools assist their transgender students.
A range of groups attended discussions at the Department of Education yesterday to address areas like uniforms and changing rooms.
The meeting was organised by Community and Social Support Minister Kevin Humphreys.

UCD student Sam Blanckensee came out as transgender while in 6th year at an all-girl secondary school.
