The Finance Minister says the economic recovery has spread outside of Dublin.
Speaking at the National Ploughing Championships Michael Noonan admitted that the rest of the country has been slower to recover than the capital.

He said there are now economic hotspots outside Dublin - like Kilkenny, Killarney, Kenmare and Westport.
Michael Noonan said that tourism and industry are now driving the recovery in more rural parts:
Meanwhile, Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney says that rural Ireland has been a shining light during a difficult economic time.
Also speaking at the National Ploughing Championship this morning the Minister said the food production and agriculture sectors have been a huge boost to the economy.
It comes amid warnings from the IFA that there cannot be a two-tier recovery in Ireland.
