An asylum seeker is planning legal action after she unsuccessfully sought an abortion in Ireland last summer.
Ms Y had arrived into the country pregnant as a result of alleged rape.
She's now planning legal action against the hospital where she was a maternity patient for a number of weeks until after her baby was delivered prematurely by Caesarean section in her third trimester.
Irish Times reporter Kitty Holland says she's also planning to take action against the HSE and a number of other public bodies:
Towards the end of last year, Miss Y brought High Court proceedings aimed at stopping a Health Service Executive inquiry into the care provided to her by various State agencies.
