Today, The Pat Kenny Show will be doing a special programme from The Hudson Bay Hotel in Athlone.

We will be joined by members of the ‘Suicide or Survive’ charity for a high tea and talk morning, which will be part of their campaign to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.

We will also be talking to families who have lost loved ones to suicide and through our discussion we hope to explore ways in which we can build a society where people with emotional and psychological difficulties are treated with dignity and respect.
