US singer Taylor Swift will play to sold out crowds at Dublin's 3 Arena tonight and tomorrow.
The 1989 World Tour sees the seven-time Grammy winner take in eight countries and span four continents.
Her fifth studio album, 1989, is the highest selling release in the US since 2002 and went straight to number 1 in Ireland.
But some people who bought tickets for the Dublin concert online have been told their transactions had not gone through and were cancelled.
The marketplace website, Viagogo, is still selling tickets to the concert from €182.44 for tonight's performance.
John Litchfield, who is Paris correspondent with the London Independent, says he bought tickets from the website for his daughter and her friend that were suddenly cancelled.
He fears that if the website can sell the ticket for a higher price to someone else closer to the event, they will.
He spoke to the Pat Kenny Show here on Newstalk.
