The political wheels are most certainly back in motion after the break, with the first cabinet meeting of the year taking place this morning. Minister Simon Coveney’s portfolio is kicking off the year with some good news – Bord Bia’s “export performance and prospects” report shows a 4% increase in exports for 2014 – reaching a high of almost €10.5billion. The minister joined Pat on the line before this morning's meeting.
