Kris Balderston was a special assistant for President Bill Clinton, and then he became a Deputy Chief of Staff for Hillary Clinton from 2002 until 2009.

He knows the strength of the connection between Ireland and America well, as his role involved bringing delegates from the States to Ireland in an effort to forge new partnerships last year.

Kris is now the head of Fleishman-Hilliard’s office in Washington DC, and he joined Pat in studio this morning.
