Coming up on The Picture Show:
Irish director Gary Shore releases his first feature this week with Dracula: Untold. The director from Dublin, who previously worked on commercials and music videos, will join us on The Picture Show to explain how he came to make his film debut with a CGI dominated, Bram Stoker classic. Also on the show are the movie's stars Luke Evans and Sarah Gadon.
Dracula: Untold tells the story of Vlad Tepes who, facing threats to his kingdom and his family, looks to make a deal with dangerous supernatural forces - without succumbing to the darkness himself.
Also on the show this week, Irish filmmaker Des Doyle on his new documentary Showrunners, which examines the contribution writers bring to the production of great television.
And, director Ross Whitaker is in studio to tell us about making The Mark Pollock Story.
