Not quite sure of what the best picks of the box are for this week? Or will you regret that you didn't record something during the week when everyone is suddenly talking about it?

Fear not, the Tom Dunne Show has you covered.

TV Editor of entertainment.ie, Fiona Flynn joined Tom to pick out the best of the box this week, and you can find a link to the full podcast at the bottom of the page.

Picks of the week

Born on the Same Day, Tuesday, Channel 4, 9pm

This new three part documentary looks at the lives of three people who were born on the same day. One of them has found fame, the others live out of the public eye, but each one of them has an extraordinary story to tell. The first episode looks at explorer Ranulph Fiennes, first-generation immigrant Ewart Rennalls, and foster mother to 97 placements, Frances Chorlton, all of whom were born on March 7, 1944.

Koko The Gorilla Who Talks to People, Wednesday, BBC One, 8.30pm

This documentary explores the life of Koko, the world's only talking Gorilla. He was brought up by Penny Patterson, an animal psychologist who began 'project Koko' as a PhD project to teach him sign language, and over time, developed a mother-son like relationship - which drew criticism from some fellow academics. The film draws upon the best of over 2,000 hours of footage from the most important moments of Koko's life.

Gogglesprogs, Friday, Channel 4, 8pm

If you've seen Gogglebox, and you enjoy watching people watching TV, well Gogglesprogs certainly ups the ante. Following an extremely successful Christmastime spin-off, Channel 4 is putting children in front of the box to see how they react to the world of television. In episode one, see the kids give their hilarious takes on The Undateables, Donald Trump and Mamma Mia.

Film of the week

Walk the Line, Friday, RTE One, 9.35 pm

Walk the Line is the 2005 biopic of country music legend Johnny Cash (Joaquin Phoenix), and his relationship with June Carter (Reese Witherspoon - who won an Oscar for her role). Taking the viewer on a journey from his childhood to his death, the movie touches on important aspects of his career, such as his historic Folsom Prison Concert. And the featured songs are actually performed by the cast members.
