Not quite sure of what the best picks of the box are for this week? Or will you regret that you didn't record something when all of a sudden it's the talk of the town?

Fear not, the Tom Dunne Show has you covered.

Sue Murphy joined Tom to pick out the best of the box for the week ahead. You can find a link to the full podcast at the bottom of the page.

Picks of the week

The Road to Rio, Wednesday, RTE2, 8.30pm

This brand new six part series follows the training and qualification process for some of Ireland's Olympic hopefuls. In the first episode, we meet Belfast born boxer Michael Conlan, 17 year old Taekwondo competitor Jack Woolley and Limerick swimmer Fiona Doyle.

Old School with the Hairy Bikers, Tuesday, BBC2, 9pm

In this new BBC2 series, Dave Myers and Si King (The Hairy Bikers) aim to experiment with the idea that bringing 12 teenagers with 12 pensioners together to learn from eachother can be beneficial for both groups.

Eurovision Song Contest, from Tuesday to Saturday RTE2

After our Eurovision special last Thursday, we're quite excited for the extravaganza that is Eurovision 2016. Be it a naked man with wolves, Justin Timberlake, of simply to cheer on our own Nicky Byrne, there's plenty of reason to tune in this year.

Billions, Thursday, Sky Atlantic, 9pm

Billions stars Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis in a high-stakes game of predator vs. prey between a U.S. Attorney and a hedge-fund king. Reports from the other side of the pond say that it's a strong first season, so we can't wait to see it hit our shores.

Horizon - Curing Alzheimer's, Wednesday, BBC2, 8pm

The latest episode of Horizon investigates major improvements in Alzheimer's research, between detection and lifestyle changes, that will give hope to millions across the world and could potentially see an end to the disease as we know it.

Online pick of the week

Veronica Guerin - A Legacy,  RTE player

RTÉ’s A Legacy returns for a second series, with the first episode taking a look at the life of journalist Veronica Guerin - marking the twentieth anniversary of the her murder. This documentary questions how her legacy has been honoured in a time where drug related gun crime is rampant in the city.

Film of the week

Margin Call, Saturday, BBC2, 11.05pm

Said by some to be the greatest Wall Street movie of all time, Margin Call tells the story of an analyst that uncovers information that could lead to the collapse of his company during the onset of the 2008 financial crisis. Stars  Kevin Spacey, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Irons, Zachary Quinto, Penn Badgley, Simon Baker, Demi Moore, and Stanley Tucci.
