Not quite sure of what the best picks of the box are for this week? Or will you regret that you didn't record something during the week when everyone is suddenly talking about it?

Fear not, Tom Dunne has you covered.

Sue Murphy joined Tom to pick out the best of the box this week and there really is a lot of great TV picks.

Pick of the week: The Joy, Monday, TV3, 9pm

This four-part documentary observes Mountjoy Prison, Ireland's largest prison facility, recording daily life in the governor's boardroom, the prison landings and the punishment block with access to the insitution.

Film of the week

Napoleon Dynamite, Tuesday, Film4, 7.10pm
 
A listless and alienated teenager decides to help his new friend win the class presidency in their small western high school, while he must deal with his bizarre family life back home.

Online Pick of the Week

Master of None, Netflix

Best known for his role on the award-winning series Parks and Recreation, comedian Aziz Ansari stars, writes, and directs Master of None, a Netflix original comedy series loosely based on his own life experiences. All ten episodes of the show follow the personal and professional lives of Dev, a 30-year-old actor in New York who has trouble deciding what he wants to eat, much less the pathway for the rest of his life. Ambitious, funny, cinematic, and both sweeping in scope and intensely personal, Dev's story takes him through subjects as diverse as the plight of the elderly, the immigrant experience, and how to find the most delicious pasta for dinner.

London Spy, Monday, BBC2, 9pm

New original co-production, London Spy, is a five-part miniseries created by acclaimed best-selling author Tom Rob Smith (Child 44), co-produced with BBC Two and produced by Working Title Television. It will air on BBC America in 2015.

The gripping, contemporary, emotional thriller stars Ben Whishaw (The HourSkyfallBright Star) as Danny, an innocent, young romantic drawn into a dangerous world of espionage. He is joined by Academy Award-winning Jim Broadbent (Moulin Rouge!Bridget Jones’ DiaryHarry Potter), British actress Charlotte Rampling OBE, whose recent role in Restless in 2012 saw her receive an Emmy Award nomination, and newcomer Edward Holcroft (Wolf Hall).

Peep Show, Wednesday, Channel4, 10pm
 
Mark and Jez are a couple of twenty-something roommates who have nothing in common - except for the fact that their lives are anything but normal. Mayhem ensues as the pair strive to cope with day-to-day life.
 
The ninth, and final, series of Peep Show promises to be a good one.
 

 
The Local Eye, Thursday, RTE1, 7pm
 
Ireland's local newspapers have been at the heart of communities for centuries, but in a world where news is instantly available on social media, circulation is dwindling and they face serious challenges. This documentary follows some of the few remaining family owned newspapers weathering the storm, beginning with the Clare Champion, the Mayo News and the Munster Express, looking at the vital role they play in their communities, and the variety of stories they publish - from sporting triumps to terrible tragedies, births and deaths, and even dogs with their own columns.
