Not quite sure of what the best picks of the box are for this week? Or will you regret having not recorded something during the week when everyone is suddenly talking about it?

Fear not, Tom Dunne has you covered.

Sue Murphy joined Tom to pick out the best of the box this week and there really is a lot of great TV picks.

First off, keep watching Game of Thrones.

The Queen's Big Night Out, Tuesday, Channel 4, 9pm (Available on 4od)

In advance of the film Royal Night Out, Channel 4 have decided to release this interesting doc about a night that the princesses escaped from the palace.

The story of the night when the future Queen Elizabeth II slipped out of Buckingham Palace with Princess Margaret to party in secret on the streets of London. It was May 8, 1945 - VE Day - the end of the Second World War in Europe. 

Empire, Tuesday, E4, 9pm

The first in the series, Empire has received rave reviews from the States and is probably set to receive some positive feedback too.

After he is diagnosed with a debilitating illness, Lucious Lyon decides to choose one of this three sons to take over his successful music business when he dies.

Inspector George Gently, Wednesday, BBC1, 8pm

Now in its sixth series, Inspector George Gently makes a return to BBC.

A prostitute turns up at the station claiming to have been raped, and as Gently looks back at past cases, he is shocked to discover that very few have been successfully prosecuted - if they made it to court in the first place. Risking animosity from his colleagues, he becomes suspicious when he notices the same police inspector's name appearing repeatedly in the files. 

The Trouble with our Trains, Wednesday, BBC4, 9pm

Ever wonder what we can do to take a look at the public transport here? Look no further.

Nick Hewer and Margaret Mountford climb aboard Britain's trains to find out whether customers are getting value for money from the £8billion of fares and £4billion of public money that go into the railway industry each year. They discover a system that is struggling to contend with an outdated infrastructure and more passengers than at any time in living memory.

The Game, Thursday, BBC2, 9pm

It hasn't really been getting the best reviews but we imagine this is going to be something that is just beautiful to watch.

A defecting KGB officer reveals the existence of a potentially devastating Soviet plot dubbed Operation Glass and the head of MI5 assembles a special committee to help protect Britain. 

Enfield Haunting, Sunday, May 3rd, Sky Living
And this is really our pick of the week...   Adapted from Guy Lyon Playfair's book This House is Haunted,  the show is a supernatural drama based upon real events surrounding the phenomena, and draws on extensive documentation, recordings and witness statements. The incident remains to this day the most documented account of poltergeist activity.
