'Celebrating George', a memorial concert for the late George Byrne, takes place tomorrow night (June 26th) in Whelan's, Dublin. 

Regular listeners will have been familiar with George, who was our film critic on this show, known affectionately as Giorgio Byrnio by Tom. Sadly, George passed away back in April after a short illness. 

Tomorrow's concert, in honour of George, features Something Happens, Paul Cleary (of The Blades), Pugwash, Trouble Pilgrims, The Drays and other special guests. 

Tickets cost €20, with proceeds going to a local Liberties charity, and are available at whelanslive.com and at the box office.
