On tonight's show Oisin Davis make a Vodka Martini with a lemo twist, as featured in 1964's 'Goldfinger'.

Oisin says, “If you don't already know how James Bond likes his martini, then you're obviously an inhabitant of the Skellig Islands or a member of one of those odd cults that Louis Theroux likes to hang around with. And if you do fall into that category, then he has it, "shaken, not stirred." He also enjoys his with vodka and not gin. This only goes to exemplify, how genuinely unsophisticated James Bond truly is. Anybody with even half a love for martinis would favour gin over over vodka and stirred as opposed to shaken. But then again, he is of course English and they like warm beer and jellied eels”.

50 ml of Absolut Vodka
15 ml of dry vermouth
1 lemon twist to garnish

METHOD
Chill a martini glass with some ice.
Pour liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake it for 10 seconds. Remove ice from glass and fine strain it into the glass. Drop in the twist, raise your glass and say something Bond-like and cheesy like, "Hello I'm Pussy Galore!" "I'm shure you are......"
