This week our resident mixologist Oisin Davis (of the Damson Diner) is recreating the Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail from the 1947 Humphrey Bogart movie 'Dead Reckoning', live on tonight's show. 

If you would like to follow Oisin and Tom in making the cocktail, you will need the following: 

• Gin

• Orange blossom water

• Egg white

• Fresh lemon juice

• Fresh lime juice

• Sugar syrup

• Ice

• Seltzer
