Oisin Davis, our cocktail expert from the Damson Diner on South William St in Dublin, says, "the milk based drink from 'A Clockwork Orange' doesn't seem to have a specific recipe, at least I don't seem to remember one either from the film or indeed the movie. But the most commonly used method to enjoy a dairy led cocktail is to have a Milk Punch. Natives of New Orleans will be very familiar with this beverage as a go to hangover cure, here in Ireland we'd be more likely to have two solpadeine washed back with another pint...
This particular recipe calls for a mixture of three different spirits which just makes it all the more interesting. Why have just one spirit when you can have three???
