Cocktail: Housewarming

Ingredients

• 35mls of Redbreast 12yr old.

• 150mls of good hot apple juice

• 15 mls Liqueur de Poire Williams

• House Autumn spices

• Clove

• Cinnamon

• Anise

• Dried orange peel

• Nutmeg

Garnish  - Red apple to resemble the wings of the redbreast.

Serve on side - Irish Toffee

Oisin says: As we are smack bang in the middle of #DublinCocktailFest I thought it would be cool to feature one of the participating venues, House on Leeson Street. They've created a hot toddy with my all time favourite whiskey, Redbreast 12 year old.
