Bittered Sling
50mls Cognac/Bourbon/Aged rum
17.5mls sugar syrup
2 dashes Orange bitters

Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall mixing glass, stir for about 15 seconds, strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest spritzed over the top. Enjoy!
