On tonight's show Oisin Davis, of Great Irish Beverages, makes a cocktail called Liquid Ecstasy. 

Oisin says, "Once again Ireland was in the international spotlight for all the wrong reasons this week. We were the laughing stock of the global media and envy of hardcore ravers as somehow, our politicians managed to decriminalise substances that are normally illegal, such as ketamine and MDMA. Had I been on air with Tom just a day or two earlier, we could have made an exceptionally strong and perfectly legal cocktail with doses of amphetamine that would be more in line with the tweekers from Breaking Bad. But alas, that ship has now sailed and we are back to mixing our drinks with plain old alcohol...". 

Ingredients:

30 ml quality rum
15 ml Midori melon liqueur
15 ml blue curaçao
15 ml lemon juice
90 ml pineapple juice

Method: 

Fill a slim jim glass with some ice. Place all ingredients in a shaker with some ice and shake hard for twenty seconds. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
