Cocktail - Spiced Pineapple Margarita

50 mls blanco tequila (100% agave) eg. El Jimador, available in Celtic Whiskey Shop at €35

25mls fresh lime juice

17.5mls Cardamom syrup

2 dashes house made Cardamom tincture (optional)

4 decent chunks of fresh pineapple
