On this week's edition of El Filmio Reviewio, Anne Gilhooley from Peruke & Periwig on Dawson street will be whipping up an exciting new cocktail, fresh off their latest menu.
Anne Says:
Created by Peruke GM Aaron Hayden, he wanted to make a delicious adult milkshake - piled high with cream and decadent tasting. Some people say putting a really great single malt whiskey in a milkshake is sacrilege, but it tastes so good!

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pt half & half cream
- 1 pt egg whites
- 3/4 pt creme de cacao
- 1/2 vanilla syrup
- Heaped spoon malt extract
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
- 3 dashes vanilla bitters
- 1 pt Jameson black barrel
- 1.5 pt Teeling Single malt
- 4 ice cubes
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Reverse dry shake to punch in air and make it light and fluffy. Pour into chilled Julep tin, spray whipped cream on top, garnish with maraschino cherry and sprinkle Cadburys flake on top. Serve with a straw
