On the show tonight, Fergus O'Leary, general manager of the Liquor Rooms, will be joining Tom live in studio for the weekly cocktails session.

Later on he'll be giving a demonstration of how to make the Charlie Chaplin cocktail. Its a classic from New York in the early 1920's when the slapstick comic was at the height of his career.

The cocktail will appear on a new menu that the Liquor Rooms are developing, and which is due to be launched on September 10th.
