If you are fond of your cocktails but not so keen of the sugar content, then have a look below at our resident cocktail magician Osisn Davis' Sugar Free Daiquiri.
- 50 ml Havana Club 3 year old
- 10 ml Jeffare's Blackcurrant cordial
- 5 ml Highbank orchard Apple syrup
- Juice of half a lime
Method:
Chill a coupe or martini glass with some ice.
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in the ingredients, shake hard for 15 seconds.

And as there's actually a fair amount of sugar in cocktails, I thought I'd try out a daiquiri made with Jeffare's Blackcurrant cordial that is sweetened with stevia and Highbank Orchard Apple syrup.
