As usual on a Thursday, one of Dublin's finest mixologists will be live on the Tom Dunne Show to demonstrate one of their favorite cocktails.
Tonight, Chris Crowley from Sophie's at the Dean Hotel will be showing us how to make and Escobar.

The Escobar is a signature drink from the Sophie's cocktail menu. It's a lovely refreshing summer drink, perfect for this time of year.
Ingredients:
- Hendricks Gin
- Elderflower Liqueur
- Watermelon Syrup
- Lime Juice
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain over ice in a small tumbler.
