As usual on a Thursday, one of Dublin's finest mixologists will be live in studio to demonstrate one of their favorite cocktails. 

Tonight, Chris Crowley from Sophie's at the Dean Hotel will be showing us his take on a Whiskey Swizzle. He's won several cocktail competitions here in Ireland and has also represented Ireland at the World Cocktail Competition, so we're expecting great things.
